Amsha Institute for Rural Entrepreneurship forms part of attaining Tanzania Development Vision (TDV 2025) and its Five Years Development Plan. In this circumstance, AMSHA’s first target aims at supporting smallholder farmers to acquire “a high-quality livelihood.” The main objective for this strategic plan is “To promote equitable economic that create employment growth opportunities through profitable, competitive, and sustainable agricultural practices to rural smallholder farmers in Tanzania.”

To achieve the target, the Strategic Plan designed its strategic objectives such that AMSHA Institute addresses the challenges facing rural smallholder farmers for the next five years. The Strategic Objectives are as follows: –

More importantly, we will adhere to our country’s policies and frameworks to successfully implement this Strategy.
